Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 Onion paste,


  • 2 tsp gg paste,


  • 2 green chilies


  • 1/2 dry coconut paste,


  • 1 tsp Salt,


  • 1/2 tsp haldi,


  • 1 tsp red chilly pd,


  • 1 tsp kashmiri chilly pd,


  • 4 tsp Oil,


  • 1 bowl hara wattana soaked overnight or 4 hr


  • Dry spice's (4 long, 2 badi elachi, 2 tej patta, 1/2 inch cinnamon stick, star anise),


  • 2 tomatoes puree.


  • 2 tsp misalpav masala


  • 1 bowl Farsan

Directions

  • in cooker add water n wattana n keep on flame till 4/5 whistle
  • Keep to cool
  • In pan add oil dry spices saute it n add onion
  • Add gg green chilly paste n saute it
  • Add tomato puree n dry masala n water n saute it till it leaves oil
  • Now add misalpav masala n adjust the gravy
  • Add wattana n boil n done
  • While severing put onions n farsan on it n sever hot with pav
